There are many ways to skin a cat one might say, but I would personally do like 2-4 plants at about 2-2.5ft veg. That should fill out nice. You could go with more of a sea of green approach and do a bunch of small plants, like 6-12.. but I feel that a scrog is for opening up larger plants.

Hey I would not run 4ml per L. That will most likely be too consentrated. Start at like 2 mls per L = 8ml per Gal. If you ever wanted to run the additives, Big Bud is a good additive to run through flower. Good place to start.
