First timer... but are hps light bulbs able to fit into normal desk lamp, or other normal lamps for incadesacent lights? If the wattage is the same? Is it dangerous or risky?

Thanks yungbud.. the light is just a lamp with one HID bulb placed over it, i tried to keep it cheap.
