It was stretching a little bit at the beginning and leaned a little bit.. I got a gentle fan on it but its only been on there for like 3-4 days... Is there any like nutes or lights that i can give to the stem?

Im not sure about rockwool but ive had success with the presoaking method (http://www.weedsthatplease.com/germinating.htm) or the paper towel method. But when you plant the seed pointy side goes down, or if the tap root is already unwinding out, make sure that is down in the dirt when you plant...

dude how do you hook up the lights.... thats all i have is lamps and i want to hook up some lights in a socket but those 3 wires that they come w ii dunno what to do with

Ye ai plan on moving it outside gradually so it gets used to the weather, or I might bring it back home w/ me (hide it in the car somewhere!) and set up a less embarrassing grow establishment.
