    Repotting/Transplanting Your Plants

It really matters how large the plant is, not how old. Usually, 2-3 weeks is enough time in the beer cup or whatever smaller pot you're using. I usually wait until the third set of leaves are out before I transplant.

2 or 3 weeks in small containers will be alright...you'll eventually be able to read your plants and just know when they are ready to upsize. It doesn't hurt for them to form a small rootball before you transplant them. I usually give at least a week, or preferably 2 weeks after transplanting...

It's been raining here too...for DAYS..lol Every time the sun comes out, I run outside and get some real light on my face. Just makes me feel better! My dog's favorite game is fetch and he takes it VERY seriously :P He weighs around 130 lbs and he wears the lawn out when he screetches to a...

Glory, ru8fru is right...it's gonna take a while for your plants to get back on track. It's going to take them at least a week to get back on track, after that we'll throw a couple drops of Superthrive in the mix and get them moving a bit. It took me 5 months to finally get hold of three...

You're right Jordan, if you're adding after the transplant, just work some into the top inch or two of the soil and water it down. I got the gardening Lime..is that the same stuff? Edit; Glory, it's used for mainly industrial purposes, that why they have such massive bags..I'm sure you can...

Glory, do a PH test on the water that runs off of bottom the planter, this will tell you your TRUE PH, which is what the roots are getting after the nutrients have dropped the ph. I've seen Miracle Grow drop my ph down 2 or 3 whole points, so your actual ph that the roots are getting is 5 or...

    Full Spectrum?

Ohh you have Matanuska Thunderfuck :D It's often called Matanuska Tundra or Thunder. From the Matanuska Valley of Alaska, this strain gained noteriety as a popular local strain. It's up in the air about whether or not what you and I are growing is the real deal, but it's one amazing plant...

    Full Spectrum?

Do you have them under 18/6 or 20/0? It's nice to give them a bit of dark time..they grow much better with it. Good ingenuity though! The extra lights might or might not help, but they surely won't hurt things a bit. What strain are you growing?

VERY important thing here; Pull the reservoir off the bottoms of those pots and sit the pot caddy corner to the nipples that are sticking up through the bottom. This will allow the pot to drain so you don't kill your planties :)

Happy Birthday, Glory!! Nice work on the transplant, my friend! They look good. Looks like we went to early with the transplant, I thought they would be rootbound too. Check the ph of your water and make sure it's okay, otherwise that may just be burn from the nutrients and the plants will...

For those that have used the Miracle Grow Moisture Control

I have always had good results with this soil and I personally have never seen a Hermie or any other long term damage from the soil; not to be argumentative or say that you haven't... Here's how I mix it for one 8 qt bag of MGMC; 1 part perlite to 3 parts soil..just open the bag and fill it...

Squeeze the rootball a bit to loosen up the roots. Move the plant to her new bucket and set her on the loose soil that you added and fill up around the rootball. Add more soil around the edges of the bucket til it's to the proper height and tamp down the soil with your hands; bear in...
