After jarring, how long does it take for rh to stabilize?

About a week for a stable reading. Simon

If I may ask, what are you pulling per square foot, dry/cured? Simon

    flower supplement with jacks

I've been using Jack's for ~10 years and never saw a need for a supplement. You can have a look at a number of strains grown with (only) JC link'd in my sig. Good luck. Simon

What's with the ridiculous yield claims on seed packaging?

The assumption is, 1m2/1000HPS/SOG. FWIW, 1m2 = ~11ft2, so a 450g harvest is equivalent to ~1.5oz (dry) per square foot. Frankly, that's not a particularly impressive harvest; very easy to achieve under 1Ks or 600s for that matter. Essentially, a given with 1Ks. Simon

I trimmed my first grow dry. One small plant. That was enough. Simon

    best lights for vegetative stage?

Here's the thing: 4 weeks is enough time to veg and flower a full-size (3-4oz dry weight) LST'd plant; ask me how I know. Clearly, you're vegging much longer. As such, you're essentially giving away a harvest or two every year by not taking advantage of the time. Same with a MH - very slow veg...

1000w hortilux hps bulbs cheaper online than their 600w bulb. why?

If you're looking to save money, and to better the performance, consider Sylvania 600HPS for ~$40. If you'd prefer a mixed spectrum, a Hilux (Ushio) can be had for ~$60. Good luck. http://www.plantlightinghydroponics.com/grow-bulbs-hps-c-374.html Simon

1000w hortilux hps bulbs cheaper online than their 600w bulb. why?

Yes, the massive flowers under 1Ks are simply an illusion. We're just fooling ourselves and the weight on the scales represents a mere figment of our collective imaginations. Like seriously? Simon

curing bud in glass pickle jars?

Both Walmart and Target sell (identical) glass cracker jars for ~$4. ACE sells a 6-pack of 1/2gal Ball jars for ~$10. Personally, I prefer 2.5gal Anchor Hocking jars. They're less than $20. Good luck. Simon

Does TGA not make fem seeds?

I grew out 3 packs of TGA, 3 different stains: All were wildly unstable, no two plants looked alike, some were prone to mutation, none had impressive yield. Just for yucks I kept the best looking JTR plant and have been working with it all season. 4 cycles now. No matter what I do with the...

1st Cure. 1st grow , first dry.. thank god its over.

You'll want a 6" fan with a 600. Personally, I prefer Vortex, but there are other fine centrifugal fans. Other than genetics, we're dealing with two main constraints: light and space. I wouldn't suggest topping, as it will lengthen your veg time, but I would suggest LST. If you look through my...

1st Cure. 1st grow , first dry.. thank god its over.

If I understand your question, the size of the pot is not your limiting factor. As for the rest, I looked at your plants - post #22. It's fine for first grow, but you can do better by streamlining the way the plants are presented to the light, which will minimize the less-developed flowers, and...

    How I Get A Pound With 2 Plants!!!!!!!!VIDEO!!!!

Posting unsolicited pics in someone's grow thread is considered bad taste. Sorry you were troubled by having to move your wrist. Seeing how the OP likes your comment, I'll leave you both to this fantasy endeavor. Simon

    How I Get A Pound With 2 Plants!!!!!!!!VIDEO!!!!

Again, let's not clutter the OP's thread with other pics. The point was, it typically takes a very large plant to produce +8oz, dry. If the OP can do it with his garden under his light, he's really onto something. Let's see what happens. Simon

    How I Get A Pound With 2 Plants!!!!!!!!VIDEO!!!!

I've watched the videos. Nice job. Subscribing. Mostly, I'm curious to see what you pull. I mean, IMHE, it takes quite a bit to pull a 1/2lb plant. I don't want to clutter your thread with pics, so I'll include a link. Take a look at the plant on the right. It brought in ~10oz dry; the plant...

1st Cure. 1st grow , first dry.. thank god its over.

FWIW, IME, a 2gal pot is good for +4oz dry. A 4gal pot can produce +10oz dry, given additional veg time and training. Looking at your plants, if this were me, I'd increase the light intensity as much as possible and introduce a little training and pruning, as to minimize the less-developed...

Drying time done when stems bend or break? Cervantes says...

The Grower's Bible is based entirely on the OG GrowFAQ (from Overgrow.com) as well as a number of discussions from the same forum. In essence, you're dealing with curing info that may have been relevant a decade ago. As a side note, it is the ambiguity of the curing info in the GrowFAQ that...

    Drying bud temp problems

How has George's advice worked for you so far? ;) To answer your initial question, you can work around the temps within the confines of a cure. The key is the cure, but that won't happen if the flowers are too dry. If you have the experience, you can gauge the state of the flowers by feel. If...

Dried for too long! Can humidipak fix it, or is it screwed?

I'd suggest keeping the jar sealed. If the product has some density, the odds are it will rehydrate a bit over time. A humidity pack won't do anything to help the cure. Good luck. Simon
