Yah sounds like a good idea. How much vertical grow room do you have? that will depend weather u shud use the 6500k. unless ur thinking of doing low stress training, topping, fim etc.

Budman he wants a small grow. lol Are you growing just one plant? 65 watt cfl wud be fine. If you wanna vegg for awhile get sum 23 watt 6500k CFLs, then when you wanna flower use the 65 watter. Make shure its in the 2000-2500k range, like warm white. Good luck
