Simple question, Why are you spraying So much neem, and so regularly? its quite obviously the neem oil that is disrupting new growth, some strains are susceptible to it, others arent, same goes for garden sulfur fungicides... some plants have no reaction to being sprayed, others wrinkle...

I only advise doing this if you would like to wreck your crop.
