I have 4 seedlings all under 6500 cfls. One of them has what I'm thinking is some type of burn. The cfls are about 2-4 inches away from the plants here is a pic of the leaf any input would be great! Thanks

I think i did not put enough information in regards to the water even though it sais on the label, The ph is 7.3 and this is not regular drinking water. It is ozonnized spring water, my question is basically for the cal/mag in this water, is this a good ratio/high enough for my plants thanks.
