Hydrofarm heat mat sounds good. What's the nominal temperature for seedlings?

So after my problems with my homemade humidity dome, I decided it may be time to give in and buy a decent one at least. I'll probably need a heat mat too. Anyone know what a good heat mat/dome is?

So the paper towel method isn't as spectacular as i've heard?

it's not all the refs fault. Sure they're terrible but they were high school and small college refs, place some blame on the greed of the NFL owners.

I'd definitely recommend 18/6 or 20/4 to give the seed some off time and a cooling period for the lights

My first post :D Serious business time. SO I've been seeing many contradicting things everywhere. So, paper towel, moist not soaked, got that. Then tweezer it into block soaked in ph'd water for a night. Okay. Put a hole in the 1" cube about 1/2 inch down. Cover lightly with excess rockwool. But...
