its been 2wks 4 days since it germinated when do i start flowering i been on 24/0 when do i change it to 12/12?

also i have this blue and white fertilizing little balls anyone knows how much should i put

well i have this plant thats is 3 weeks old that started to get yellow but not on the leaves only on the little ball like thing under the first set of leaves .. any info?

how do i do to make the stem get thicker its only two weeks since it came out and its about 6 inches should it be bigger? also who can tell what kind of strain is it
