I"ve never grown before, but I'm going to start small real soon. so i don't have advice. But in theory, it shouldn't stress them too much if you do it right. Most people i've seen on here slowly lower their light schedule for about 18/6 to 12/12 by going to 16/14 and then 14/6. So do it 10/14...
