I get great results from my turbo cloner. I use clonex gel in the cuttings and fill the cloner with distiller water. I let it run 24/7 and within 2 weeks I've got great roots, 3 weeks and they are generally long enough to hit the hempy res.

Do you reuse your coco?

What do you guys do to prep coco for your hempy buckets? Do you soak in PH water? Add some cal mag? Do you put perlite in the bottom or run straight coco? i have a brick of it sitting around so I figure I should use it. Thanks!

Anyone ever try fabric softener liquid to recharge ona gel crystals? I was thinking of trying it when I run out of ona liquid unless its been done and doesn't work well. Any thoughts or experience?

I have done one round of dry ice and loved it! I used the pellets but would guess small chunks would work fine. It's quick, easy and no mess. I used a 5 gallon bucket. I'll be running another round soon. I bet once you try it you will be hooked

I use a combo of HPS and LED. I think LED gets more frosty but I've seen a little less when it comes to yeild, not a huge difference but a noticeable one. I think the quality makes up for it. I really like to veg with LED, roots go crazy!

I often don't make sense, just wondering if a period of dark before going 12/12 would push the plant into flower mode. What do you guys think would happen with 2-4 days? I wouldn't think it would hurt, just not sure it would help either

I was wondering what would happen if I moved my girls into a dark room for a week before going into 12/12. I was thinking the dark could speed up the time to flowering? Anyone ever try this?

I've been running this method in veg for a few cycles, growth seems the same as when I ran 18/6. I have not run it in flower, I did run 10/14 for a while when I was using LED but 12/12 with HPS and a light mover is what I'm trying now to save some electricity.
