Yes so its on a rail that will move the light slowly from one end to another. I use a 3'5" long rail.

If you are only doing a single light you might want to get a light rail around $130+.

No I don't like fire in my grow area. I just use 5 gallon water jugs with sugar, water and yeast. Need to be changeed every week to 10 days though. I ran air tubes from the top so that i can have the co2 come out where I need it.

I dont switch mine!!!! i rock 20/4 with auto Dwarfs. Works well for me. I only have 5' from ground to ceiling so height is problematic.
