yes . you will need a special fixture with a ballast to use these lights most likely. i would just use some 100 w compact flouresents (cfls). cfls will fit regular socket and are great for vegg. u can find them at any store. hope this helps

just use a couple of 100w cfls. That will do the trick for the first couple weeks. Then add more cfls or invest in mh. btw cfls are fine for vegetation .

1 can of Ozium should do you .. for one little plant.... get the new car smell

i would try it .... it'd be nice to come back too some big plants........ there will be plenty of nutes in the fox farm to keep it alive..... oh i forgot what about watering.....get a few aqua globes and mix alot of prelite in your soil to hold alot of moister.... my 2 cents

thanks for the info... soo i dont need multiple roots forming ...?just the main tap root is coming out of the rockwool.....

i have a seedling that has sprouted from a rockwool cube and the root has come out of the bottom about 3/4 of on inch of the cube.. My question is ... is it ready to be put into my dcw?????? if not how long should should it stay in the cube ???? kiss-ass
