yes mate,,thats how i used to do it,,but now i just stick my seeds just under the soil without germinating them first.

the root is the little white thing sticking out the bottom,,make sure that is facing down. personally,,i wouldn't bother with the rockwool,,i'd go straight into the pots mate. hope that helps

yeah one pot each as they love dirt space,,in my 5 litre pots with plants 3.5 feet high, they take up all the dirt,just a mass of roots.

usually mate seeds come up in less than a week,,sometimes its better to germinate them in damp tissue first,,but do'nt quote me on that
