the 1 cfl i just added is only 14w and i have a hood assembly with 4 flourescent bulbs @ 36w each i think..i cant really tell ill look when i have some time tonight

Well I just added one of the cfl's and I gotta get some more stuff to hook up the second one..i was thinking of not using them because they are bright and give off more heat than id like..they are only 14W anyway i found out Im not really worried about adding nutes and such, i am trying to get...

well i live with my friend whos giving me the extra fan..we live in a row home off campus, so im not really worried about the school. Anyway, the plants look so much better this morning already. they arent droopy anymore and it appears that some of the yellow/brown marks are going away Also...

Went to Lowes today and picked up some pots to transplant my girls..also picked up some epsom salt just in case it is Mg deficiency.. heres how its set up for now..working on fixing it up when i get free time :leaf:

I know people who grew with miracle gro so thats why i got it, and i am broke..and i thought my lights were cfl's.. if by cfl you mean these, i have 2 being used in my house right now i can grab..but the are bright white and dont i want the blue spectrum of lighting for veg? thanks for any...

I also have a question for the experienced growers reading this.. What is the correct epsom salt to water ratio? I read 1 teaspoon/1 gallon of water is this correct? thank you

Ah wish I woulda went to the store after i saw ur post..i just got back from lowes, i picked up 7 6in pots and i want to transfer them over..i also just got epsom salt because im pretty sure i have mg deficiency Some people said its to early to tell, but others said thats why my leaves have...

thanks for the reply, thats what i was thinking too after looking at the GrowFAQ..How should I go about giving it more salt? Is there a ratio for epson salt to water?

Thanks again for the advice..im in the process of taping shrouds around the cups so no light seeps through, until i can transplant my younglings Could anyone steer me in the right direction of soil mixture so i can transplant tomorrow

thanks for the quick answers everyone and i do realize i have shitty growing conditions as i am growing at college and couldnt be more broke ha..the cfl is actually about 2 inches from the top of the plants, i raised them yesterday. i also had a fan to circulate air but it fell and broke:-(...

this is my first time tryin to grow..i got 7 plants and planted them about 16 days ago..I am currently having some smaller plants getting a little droopy and have brown/yellow spots on the leaves. any ideas? I was using deer park water but ran out so now i fill up bottles with tap water and let...

Ok thanks..what bout the droopy ones? and i was using a standard 75watt house light before so maybe thats why they have burns on them..i switched over to a saltwater tank light setup..its got 4 cfl's on it 2 blue and 2 white..about 2 inches from the top of the plants

anyone know what to do? im new to this and spots started to appear on leaves..heres a pic, some of them are kinda drooping
