Keep which lights close? The 3 Spot gro bulbs I have to keep atleast a foot away they produce so much heat..other than that i still need to actually set up everything right

Yeah I just moved my 5 little plants in 5 little pots from my room with a ghetto setup to the basement into a big ass grow room, plants in 5 gallon buckets now, and more lights. Now I realize that it just got much more serious:hump: In a good way of course!:mrgreen::joint:

Yeah man Ive been thinking about getting mylar..Im tight on a budget and since Im growing in the basement now and living with other people they all know..not like they knew before. But some actually are donating funds to grow them properly. I think one of my roommates might buy mylar to cover...

Girls are looking nice! :blsmoke: Its a forest in there If you got room you should try tying down the plants on angles so the WHOLE plant gets light..like on the sides too, it should increase your final yield :joint:

Well all 7 of my plants finally sexed..I have 5 females and 2 males. Already killed off the males and here are pics of the females

Correct me if im wrong but wont you also need to construct a ballast for a 1000W HPS light. And also, all power outlets in the U.S. are 120V DC power, 110V will NOT work

I picked up Super Bloom by Green Light which is 12-55-6 with 0.10% chelated iron..Im trying it out on 2 plants right now and I used an 1/8th the concentration given. Will this be ok for the plants, and how often should I give this to the plants?

I just moved the 5 females to a new room and got some spot gro lights..a 120W and 65W..also put them into 5 gallon buckets..hopefully they blow up now :blsmoke:

i wanted to grow them bigger to get more yield..but i decided to stay on 12/12, i just upgraded the pot size and room

The plants have been flowering for 22 days and I want to switch back to 24 hour lighting, can i do this?

UPDATE :: Day 51 Flowering Day 21 So I havent updated in awhile and since then my plants have shown sex. I had 2 males and 5 females..Heres some pics of the buds forming :blsmoke::mrgreen: pretty happy right now!

Ill have an update tomorrow hopefully..I just turned the lights out for them tonight :blsmoke:..been really busy so not much time to get on here..check out my grow journal, thats updated frequently

You can determine sexes by distance between nodes? Sounds kinda far fetched to me I have 6 other plants anyway so Im not worried about just one

Yeah I was going to keep flowering it until I can definitely tell its a male..cuz its my biggest plant :evil: Im leaning towards it being a male though because at the very top node there are small clusters of 3 little green things. They look like they are taking a club shape like male plants...

on the very bottom node in the picture, you can sort of see little green balls between the stipules and leaves.. That is what Im talking about
