Cant really tell by the pic. but, yellow seedlings is usually the cause of nute burn. If u used MG soil, just give it time it'll b alright, it'll just take time for the seedling to use as much nutes as the soil is feeding it.

If it is possable to go buy a $2-10 dollar PH it will pay off in the long run. You don't want leaves to start falling off..and u not know why. I would suggest buying a cheap PH meter, it's one of the cheaper things u can buy for ur plant.

When u watter your plants it doesn't matter if its a seedling or a big monster. You want your water Ph at 6.2 - 7.0 I donno were u got that 5.5 if your water is 5.5 u need to add Baking soda to raise the Ph level till it gets in the range of 6.2 - 7.0. Now i can help you much on the harvesting...
