Its really tough to tell by the angle of these pics, but I see new growth and pistils. It looks like a female, but also looks like it may be growing nuts next to the pistils. I'd keep an eye on it. It still looks too young to tell its sex.

Purple kush= grape smell, mossy/earthy grape taste... very smooth smoke, high is strong and immediate. Juicy fruit= smells of oats and dill until broken then juicy fruit gum smell is strong. smoke is a bit harsher and is a creeper (better for blunts or joints)

Anyone with experience growing or smoking these strains id like to know your thoughts. I have these seeds on the way. My first grow of purple kush and a skunk strain turned out very nice. my pic is of the purple kush.

It sounds like I have this same microscope. If its from radio shack or is the same you just put a very small bud on a counter in a bright room and as close to the light bulb as possible (there should be a small light bulb on your microscope). Anyway, you then lean over the microscope with it...

A good way to moisten some buds that got too dry is bagging with a soft flour tortilla (without direct contact) for a few hours or more.

I've had some buds that smelled just like hay before. It didn't look like yours. It was beautiful danky bud too though, lots of crystals, nice green color, just smelled exactly like hay. Maybe they didnt cure it. Never heard of this until now and Ive had alot of diff bud
