I usually just remove leaves that look like they are on their way out already. It helps adding light to the lower parts of the plant as the leaf die off happens as flowering progresses. I've had this happen on my last two orders. The first one happened closer to me, still got it. This last time it was bethpage, but still got my order. Don't worry, usps just sucks. But it may be stuck in a shipping loop, try contacting usps with the tracking if it doesn't update soon.
