remember 6" pots won't give you much room for root growth ( if your going to use soil not hydro ) so you'll need to do something like a SOG grow GOOD LUCK

you could use 6" pots and fit 32 plants in you grow space but that would still be 4 plants per square foot I would use 12" pots (better for root growth) you could fit 8 but that would be 1 plant per square foot like loveit said

to plant 9-12 plants per square foot you would need 1-2" pots

I would say thats not enough light for even 1 plant, but thats just my opinion.

Are you talking about true 100 watt CFL's or 100 watt incandescent Equals? which should be around 23 or 25 watt bulbs, I've never seen a true 100 watt CFL with 1300 lumens all the ones Ive seen have about 6500 to 7000 lumens. either way I would say that isn't enough light for 3 plants, maybe 1...
