we use H2O2 at a rate of 2ml per 10L id also suggest a root stimulant not sure if you have rhizotonic over there or something similar, perhaps this is the Hydrozyme that was mentioned earlier ?

dont use the seedling as mother. cut a few clones off each seedling when they are big enough, once they have rooted flower the mothers, pull up the males and the corresponding clones. once all the plants have been sexed finish flowering the seed plants or kill off either way, veg the clones and...

dont know where you live but there are a cpl of products you can spray them with to aid in stopping herm and males coming up. reverse is one but its not available in australia. gov bans most of that stuff but we can get budwise here. ive used it once. kinda worked kinda didnt, maybe i didnt...

if your having pH probs dont flush with huge differences in pot pH too water pH. ie. if your pot is at say...7.5pH dont flush with 4.5pH too get it down, flush with 6.5pH water and let it stabilize itself out
