I don't see why it wouldn't work. The big problem you might face (same one I did) was getting air into the closet (I assume you already figured a way to expel air out of the closet?) during the dark periods. You don't want ANY light getting in, so it can be tricky.

Sounds like you are on the right track, but I would get something to check your room humidity. Keep one 42w CFL 2in away from it until it has a few nodes at least. Keep an eye on it because you'll have too raise the bulb often. good luck

Time isn't the issue as much as space. 7 plants and all from seed, so sex is up in the air. Getting rid of the males sooner rather than later would only increase my yield, I think. All I can do right now is wait, though :)

Just took this picture. Day 3 of flowering and they just woke up from their 12 hours of sleep. Been watching this plant closely, and just noticed new growth underneath the first preflower I saw, now making it appear to be 2 small balls sitting on top each other. Definite male here?

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just keep checking them daily and observe everywhere, including underneath the leaves. My current grow had some similar "bite marks" but I don't know if that was exactly it. Someone else suggested it might have been caused from the fan blowing leaves...
