Trial and error. For 4 plants i would just drain to waste with a two gallon watering pale....its only 4 plants. shoot you could probably do the whole entire run on 25 gallons of water. so why mix it and let it sit for the next 8 weeks or whatever.

I say 2 more weeks. they look young and scraggly.

Yeah you can get a 4foot flourescent ballast for like $10 at walmart or hardware store. Then grab some aquarium/plant bulbs, or sunshine bulbs, and have those cfl's be the under/side lighting. OR you could just pick up a used 400w or 600w setup on Craigslist for $100. THEN YOURE SET

Keep em warm, moist (not soaked), wait for the roots to shoot out the bottom. Then put them in dirt. i usually put them in 1/3 gallon containers for a week (wait for several roots to hit the side of the pot) then into straight inot 3 or i like 5 gallon pots.

I use the same dirt. i run shy of nutes within the first 7-10 days. usually by day 15 if you havent added any nutes you will have a serious deficiency or several for that matter. I would PH some water with nutes and feed them. I would also transplant inot a 5 gallon pot (at least a 3 gallon)...
