Well i'm coming up on a lot of greenhouse trim, about 4 pounds worth. I'm wanting to dry ice it then thermos soak that kief. Is there a bigger container than a thermos that I can run short of building an extractor? Thanks

Would you guys say it's worth it to blast frozen fresh nugs for the terpenes? I've made BHO several times but never a nug run. Being my first indoor harvest I decided to go buy a thermos to soak the nugs... just trying to figure out which route to take with the material.

Idk why I put trim in the title, I meant full nug with close trim still on

Kind if disappointed with my indoor yield, going to blast most of it but never had fresh material to work with so had no idea.

I've been searching but can't find what the yield on wet material is blasted. For example, if I run 100g of undried frozen material will my yield be the same as running ~25g or whatever the weight would be dried? I have about 300g of fresh material freezing, and wanting to know if I should dry...

Maaaan, I've done a few popcorn trim runs and none of it came close to how good these lopk. My first indoor crop will be done within the next week or so and going to do my first nug run when it's ready. I need one of these vac ovens baaaaad.

So many great grows here. I've learned so much from this site and just finished my first indoor grow with a 600 (previous grows were all three outdoor). It's interesting to see what this light is really capable of once you've got everything dialed in.

Nice! I've been making a lot of dry ice kief lately and have been wanting to move on to wax so I think I'll try this out. I have about 3 pounds of trim I'm going to be using this weekend so I'll let you know how it goes.

a week or so ago i used a pound of trim/popcorn to make 1.5 oz of dry ice hash. all the ground up trim leftover i decided to try to make edibles with. i just put 5.25 oz of the leftover trim in with 3 sticks of butter in my crockpot, and i'm going to leave it on low mixing every half hour for 8...

we're hoping to yield 2 oz... hopefully! but neither of us have made it before so we have no idea what to expect as far as yield goes
