First grow opinions and drying advice

How did you grow this? Just wondering if you have a tent, it's the easiest way to dry that I've come across.

Humidity, Burping, Curing - oh my!

Curing is the easy part grove bags and even opening jars isn't that hard. The hardest part is drying properly. The tent helps quite a bit to keep a stable environment but sometimes the tent isn't available like an earlier finishing plant or perpetual grow. For that case I built a little dry box...

    Newbie needs advice

A heat mat can really be helpful with heating the soil up for fast germination, the faster the germination and the plant starts growing, the less likely to dampen off as well.

Power outage no big deal when Vivosun has your back!

Just had a 2 hour power outage and when the electricity came back on everything in my tent connected to the grow hub just went exactly into right settings and resumed schedule like nothing even happened. I have 2 other light set ups for kitchen herbs and garden vegetables and sometimes mother's...

    Anyone use grove bags discuss...

I'm not sure about vacuum curing weed, but I use my vacuum sealer all the time for venison and other game and chickens I harvest as well. It's very useful in the food world. I think Mexican brick weed used to come vacuum sealed back in the day.

    8 week strain question

Fastest I ever had was a small Royal Creamatic finish in 65 days yet allegedly it's a 12 to 13 week strain. It's like it only vegged for a couple weeks then went straight to flower in a five gallon fabric bag. The northern lights, also Royal Queen seeds, was in the pot next to it and that went...

I've noticed that hastily trimmed weed that may have some stem sticking out can compromise the bags as well.

When diluting hard water with RO is extra magnesium via epsom salts typically required?

A brown river isn't necessarily polluted, it may have to do with sediment or the make up of the ground under and around the river. It's also possible it's just dirty as hell lol.

    No run off with organics?

I never water to run off, sure I'll water too fast sometimes and a little comes out the sides or whatever but never more than a couple fluid ounces of water. That's with Fox Farm nutes in Fox Farm soil, I'm sure different fertilizers and soils will handle salts differently but I can keep photos...

    Anyone use grove bags discuss...

I use both, jars for small batches or a small jar for a little sample nuglet from a buddy. I use the bags for the harvests of multiple ounces or more. Has anyone ever seen mold in a grove bag? My friend threw in some wet weed and it took really long to dry and the cure was all messed up, didn't...

When diluting hard water with RO is extra magnesium via epsom salts typically required?

It looks pretty good to me. If you're adding microbes as well you probably really don't have to worry about pH.

When diluting hard water with RO is extra magnesium via epsom salts typically required?

What do you mean by "supersoil"? Is it a brand or kind of soil or did you make it your self following a recipe? What makes it super? The reason I ask is because if you have enough beneficial bacteria and microbes, you really can get away with not ever checking the pH. If you start with an...

*Want Opinions On This Diagnosis Problem*

The truth, I use soil with recharge for a little extra insurance that the soil microbes will buffer the pH just like the plant likes. Happy frog has microbials as well but who knows how it was stored it when it was bagged and what is still alive in it by the time it gets from California to...

When diluting hard water with RO is extra magnesium via epsom salts typically required?

The farmers probably have wells or something else, if they grew vegetables on municipal water they would be quite expensive vegetables!
