your leaves don't look healthy... what kind of water are you using? if it's tap water, are you letting it sit out for 24h so the chlorine can evaporate? the leaves look bleached..

for my first grow, i didn't know about 2700 vs 6500k. so for two weeks, i had four plants under all red cfls... they didn't grow much, but they did grow. you need 6500k during veg. you can mix some reds in, if you want. it's actually probably better that way because it simulates nature more.

i'm on my third cfl grow now, but recently shattered a bulb and figured it's about time to go buy some more. last time i bought them, i had them shipped from 1000bulbs, but i'd rather not go that route again because ups/fedex constantly try to deliver when i am not home.

no plant is going to grow in a tupperware pot inside of a soup bowl. it's also stretched out because your light is too far away. if you don't put it in a real pot and get the light issue fixed, this plant will die.

it's just some bristol paper. i didn't have anything when i set up initially, and it seems to reflect a decent amount since it's white. when i rebuild my lighting scheme for flowering i'll get something better...
