it is a foot!actually about 14..its tied down so its sort of like a "C" shape around the growbag and than i tied the shoots down so light 'll penetrate better,its just that idk what to do with the leafs and little shoots on the underside of the bend,my theory was they'd even out with the canopy...

im growing with cfls,wouldnt that greatly reduce light penetration??sorry i left that out

i recently put this plant on 12/12 about 5 days ago(starting with 24hrs of darkness),i am lst'ng too,heres some picsnow my questions are since im lst'ng do i trim the lower branches for a better yield?or should i just tie them down so light can penetrate?

look for the amount of kelvins for each bulb. 6500k is ideal for vegging 2700k for flowering,do not get 4100k the color spectrum is useless for plants.you can find the amount of kelvins on the box.if the box doesnt have the kelvin rating,than cool white is 6500k warm white is 2700k.5000k...
