Are you growing in a closet or in a room? I have a buddy that is on probation right now cause he had his plant in the kitchen. Even your best friend loves to talk about the guy whos growing. Just be careful. I dont think any plant on earth smells as strong as cannabis though

Sounds like the nutes killed them, but sometimes seeds just dont sprout. The lights your talking about are cfl's theres is a whole section of this forum dedicated to growing with them. Good luck. Hope I helped
