Well it depends on how much room you have to spare, you can add some polystyrene from inside to the walls, that would keep higher temp inside. But If you have small space its gonna be hard. I would agree on a heater, its simple and it does the job.

Thanks ;) They are 12cm (4.7 inch) pc fans - intake is the bottom one and outtake the one on top. And black foam is dust filter for pc fans That will keep any insects (I have only one fan working during dark hours) out and also (yes) it keeps some of the light inside. I know it slows down...
