burping is usually a period of time less than 6 hours. 15 minutes is good. However if you dried them hanging for 2 weeks out in the open I would think they would be way to dry. Unless you live in the rain forests.

You can do whatever you want. Sometimes I will remove all the top colas and leave all the lower colas for another week or two. The extra light will fatten then up more. But it all depends on your setup and end goal. It wont hurt anything except possible take the space of another plant that...

To add the amount of time required is only an estimate. There are many factors involved to determine when its ready for harvest. How cloudy? Post so good quality pics for more help.

the newer growth looks ok, If you got a good amount of water on the lower leaves then I can see that along with the 400watt causing the issue in those pictures.
