Yea, didnt think 3 weeks, but Im anxious to start this bigger AG. And yes, buds feel firm and dense right now. They're hanging in complete darkness with a fan circulating air (not blowing directly on them.) Im thinking about a 1/4 after all is dry/cured. That'll only last me 2-3 days, But I GREW...

Nice. How many plants and what kind of lighting did you use for flower? I just harvest my first as well. It was only 1 LSTd little plant in an Aerogarden 3 but I got some nuggies on there. Nothing like those though. hehe good job.

I cut the lights. Plan on waiting 48 hrs and harvesting. I took a few pics before turning out lights, I'll take some more after the 48 hrs. See if I can tell a difference in appearance.

Is it recomended to give the plant 48 hrs of darkness just before harvest? Ive heard it is. NOT GROWING IN SOIL. I have 1 plant in a modeified Aerogarden 3. 12/12 from seed (cfl), using XNUTRIENTS. NEED ADVICE.

Thanks. I started flushing a couple days ago. Going to chop it soon. I'll post pics of the harvest. Im not expecting much, 1 seed in this littlle AG isnt going to do much (i was told it wouldnt produce anything.) So at least Im getting a few frosty flowers. I just got the Aerogarden EXTRA...

This was a good read. Alot I knew, some I didnt. Had some uncertainties about the drying/curing process (which I am rapidly approaching for the 1st time) and I think you answered them. Thanks for the post..Ima check out your grow.

Are there strains that do better than others, or are suposed to be, grown 12/12 from seed?

I got my AG EXTRA a couple weeks ago. After this AG3 is done Im going to start the EXTRA. What strains seem to thrive best in the Aerogarden units? I plan on starting 3-4 seeds and looking for feedback. Thanks

The unit comes with 1 CFL puttin out 1450 lumens. I have 2 units so im using hood from 2nd unit. I also tossed in a 42w=150w soft white cfl, and, lined the wall behind in reflective paper. Also hung a mirror on the door to help reflect light. As for nutes, Im using XNUTRIENTS.
