Why is Obama flying to Louisiana touting how he is such a great president for a slightly lower unemployment rate, when the reason why is because people have given up looking for work?

People are having to choose between getting a third job to cover the higher cost of health care, OR quitting their second job to qualify for more government subsidies; lower health care costs.
