It's probably good to keep it in if its for a couple of days, but storing it for long periods of time with moisture leads to problems.

Yah... post work out it's a good "celebration" for yourself. Getting back into it recently after a 2 month break felt good... prior to that break I was there everyday for 2 hours for the previous 8 months... I burnt my self out.
