well i have an 8x8 room built and i have black plastic dividing the dark side from the light side my lights run 24hrs a day and i switch them twice a day at 10:50am and 10:50pm that way i get the most out of my lights kind of a pain buts its most efficient for me.

moved my girls about twenty minutes early today to go to church im usually on the minute with the switch really wanted to go to church today hope it wont hurt them.
