23 watt cfls they have 2 on each one of them but i put them out in the sun for as long as i can every day sun up to about 4 or 5

i think the watering has to to with the pots cause they are a dark green when they are little and they strech to be a lime green i say strech they dont strech just merly change colors and slowly grow more leaves how do i check with the nitrogen thing or get them more nitrogen
