any kind of tea with phosphorous is gonna work just fine. I dont think you need it personally, but it doesn't hurt. just look up bat guano teas on youtube. or check out Komagrows channel and look up his beni brew for a nice very effective beneficial bacteria tea.

since we don't know what the lease agreement was, we don't really know what they can and can't do. But it isn't uncommon for landlords to give notice to tennants that they know are growing before hand, just out of plain fear of the federal search and seizure practices.

it depends on the rental agreement. Every landlord can write up their own agreement and if you sign it then you agree to whatever terms they implemented. Worst they can do is give you a 30 day notice and you have to shop for a new place.

oh yeah there is no way i would let them sit that long. I have other lights in my room, only one burnt out. Instead of buying a back up, I just bought a magnetic ballast that i can fix myself if something goes wrong, but i've never had any trouble with these so I doubt anything will go wrong...

ive heard some good things about phantom, but i also heard good stuff about lumatek. If i ever do go back to digital, i'll be sure to do some extra homework

Yeah if i wanted a new lumatek, then that's what i would have done. I posted earlier that i'm not going to be running digi ballasts anymore because of faults and safety issues

yeah 40 bucks for a fire extinguisher will be the best 40 you ever spent. And phish The xtra sun is the one i just bought. Ive been running a few of them for years, You're right they are heavy as hell, and it sucks to bump in to one if they are wall mounted lol.

a lot of other companies have a 5 year warranty. Xtra sun being one of them. I just picked up an Xtra sun magnetic switchable to replace the defective lumatek. I'm only going to be running magnetic now, because i can fix them myself, and i haven't had to fix anything on the ones i own yet.
