i use rockwool all the way thru but for the next grow i will prolly go with 1inch cubes mixed with hydroton in a pot. if you use rockwool, try to go 1 inch first, then 3 inch, then 6inch to help root mass.

thanks, i just heard that 60-65 is ideal and since it will be easy for me to drop rH to about 40 during flowering, i figure i would try to get the optimal rH for veg.

hello, i am starting the 2nd week of veg and my rH is currently at 50%, but i want it somewhere between 60-65%. the problem is that my AC has a built in dehumidifier. will adding a humidifer affect my AC in any way? or is there some other tips or techniques i can use? thanks.

if you dont have top on em, they will grow algae. there really is no other way around it. you can try moving your lights higher or you can try hydroguard.

for future refrence, its 10 lemons per gallon. next time you can just use pH down. a little more pricey but its easier.

you mostly want to foliar feed when you are trying to fix a problem.

you can lst, fim, supercrop, top, scrog, or veg less. tho i think vegging less affects yield.

do you wear lots of sunscreen when you are around the UVB light? you should be VERY CAREFUL because you can get burns and skin cancer. but i have heard great things about UVB. how hot does UVB get?

oh and 8 inch ducting is behind the can fan intaking air from another room and the can fan is pushing air into the tubes

what about if you have an 8" can fan reduced to 6" ducting into a 6 inch cooltube out to 6inch ducting onto a reducer back to 8 inch ducting? will that have correct negative pressure?

not really, you can flower at any time. BUT the longer you veg the more you yield and fatter the buds.
