from what ive read you can only run a hps lamp in a hps ballast. Unless your using a mh conversion bulb, they sell them at most hydro shops.

I guess it depends how smoky the car is and what your level of tolerance is...only one way to find out though.

qp? If you mean quarter pound thats not what i said. I was living in a country with 5yr mandatory for even the smallest roach. The thought of what would happen to me with a quater ounce was inspiration enough.

I ate a quarter of an ounce in a cop shop over a 15 min period waiting to be processed for a holding cell...i was definitely high afterwards.

Ive got a 600w hps in a 3x2x6 closet with five 2 week old plants. The temps never get above 80c but the plants look like they are being bleached by the light, is it possible to have too much light? Ive already ruled out a nute/ph problem and i cant think of what else it could be. Im thinking...

Cant see much from those pics but your plant looks very stretched,,what kind of lighting you using?

Ive heard lettuce leaf works well but i guess anything that hold moisture would work.

A bit more info would be helpful. Soil? Hydro?...

Pretty cheap,,i would spend as much as you can afford on a decent ballast. You don't want to come home to a pile of ashes:shock:.

Ive seen this deumidifing jelly looking stuff that absorbs moisture in the air at kmart. People use them to stop mold growing on their clothes. I dont know how effictive it is but its worth a go.

What strain are you growing? Its probably an autoflower strain like lowryder if its flowering under 20 hours of light.

They are not going to flower if you've got them on 20/4 light cycle.
