yeah I always go by ppms, i use the schedule to get me about where it needs to be, then I add more based on ppm range.. The schedule calls for a rez change before flowering so if you skipped that step last time it probably caused ur problems... Bushdoctor is a necessity in my opinion as well.

willing to bet you over saturated them. you should germinate them in a wet paper towel inside a baggie put in a dark warm spot. like on a vcr or cable box.... then once the roots pop out then put in the rapid rooters. the paper towel method works 95% of the time.
