I get those exact same after effects if I was to take more than 10/15 10mg diazepam tablets...wake up the next day and can't remember fork all! events seem real but out of order in your memory and as you say it's difficult to put the pieces together... complete headfuck!

Simple really, smoke your bong or whatever it is your smokin on then just make sure your whole head is out a window and exhale, seems to me that if you blow the smoke towards a window it just comes tumbling back in...no need for all these bog rolls filled with dryers sheets or whatever lol dont...
