have you looked into Y splitters for the cfl lamps ive got a ton laying around from my cfl grow there only like 1.50$ each most heavy duty lamps can do 300watts easy (4bulbs 3 splitters 1 cord)

careful not to overdo it with the cfl's. I would really recommend a timer doing 18/6. If your temps exceed 80 you will start to have problems. other than that sounds like you got your stuff nailed down subbed
