The temp should not be a problem. I've done BRF/pf-tek many times and have had the colonization temps anywhere from 60-85. I keep it closer to 75-80. The colder it is the slower the colonization as mycelium grows much faster around 85 degrees. But around 75 degrees you should notice something...
