ok i looked with a little magnifieing glass and i couldnt see anything.and smaller growth doesnt seem to have the problem. all the fan leaves and such look fine. and if it was pests wouldnt it affect both? ..and i hope your right doser. they are in trash cans cut to about 20 inches. maybe crude...
