I don't keep my seedlings under a dome. What type of light are you going to put them under? I germinate my seeds, plant them in dirt or rockwool or something and once it sprout I keep it under low intensity lighting light CFL's for a two weeks then transplant it and put it under a 400 watt...

According to my count and 20-10, 20-10 vision, she is on her 7th node. If you have plenty of space, let her grow a couple more weeks before flowering, IMO. She is looking great.

How often are they getting watered? What do the roots look like? They look hungry to me for more nutrients.
