like arrid said... build a box to fit the inside of the window, have blinds or curtain inside it so it dosnt look sus from outdoors then attach your ducts to the side or bottom of the box the box should be light proof and pretty air tight

one hps is plenty if you want more light get a 250 watt instead

get a HPS, it will do veg and flower much better than cfls can if you must go CFL, get a proper grow cfl no less than 130 watts dont just get a few random household cfls a heap of low watt bulbs dosnt add up to one high watt bulb

if you must go cfl, make sure its a proper grow CFL with a wattage no less than 130... a heap of little cfls wont yeild shit, especially if they are standard household bulbs and not grow spectrum but if you kids want to play grow room with your little bulbs, whatever, your better off going...

a grow that small just get one HPS light for both veg and flower

for the money you wasted on this, you could of got a 130W CFL grow light that would give your plants a lot more lumens... 8 x low wattage lights do not add up to 1 x high wattage light

probably neut burn, and whats the ph of your water? and if you grow in soil.... dont post in advanced section... filthy dirt is no environment for advanced growing...

Get a pair of 1000W HPS in vented hoods for your flower room (the bigger room) get a vented 600W MH for your veg room fluros for your clone cupboard decide on flood/drain or DWC or aero system get a big ass centrifugal fan for extraction and some smaller fans for intake/circulation dont go too...

clear = not ready cloudy = up high amber = down stone - couch lock

speaking of saving power, a HPS will convert more electricity into usable light for the plants if your pulling 300 watts in cfls, a 250 HPS would not only save power but feed the plants a lot more

forget the cfl, you will yeild crap all... go the 400W hps and put it in a cool tube to control heat... and forget LED too, for any decent growth you need the same wattage as a HID anyway, and you dont get the light penetration

keep it small with those lights... sog and keep the lights really close If you want to expand or want bigger plants, you really need a HPS with some penetration power... 200 little CFLs DO NOT add up to one big ass HID light...

real carbon filter probably outa your price range (ghetto scum) do a search for DIY carbon filter... you can get the carbon from pet stores, they use it for fish tank filters

As long as you havnt setup your growroom yet, just get an electrician in to put in a couple power points there using the existing cable... carefull you dont kill yourself or setup a dangerous outlet
