I'm not sure where you live, but here in Vancouver there are at least 50 stores that sell hydroponic supplies, and noone bothers to pretend that the equipment is for anything other than growing weed. Mylar, larger CFL lights and nutrients are pretty basic - everyone carries them. I forget...
