how do we know if any of these percentages are even accurate? do only the best phenotypes out of hundreds of plants produce the advertised THC % or is it like every female plant from that strain has the capabilities to reach their potential? how do we know?

hey did all u guys get tracking number before it said the order was dispatched on attitude? bc i order late Dec7th, and next day i check attitude and it said packing/whatever and it had tracking number.. but then on Dec 11th it changed to dispatched, so do u think my order was shipped on Dec8th...
