I still think the issue is your lime. too much Calcium disproportionate to other elements can cause Boron/Magnesium/Phosphorus deficiency and too much Magnesium disproportionate to other elements can cause Calcium/Potassium deficiency

are there ever too many lights?

yes it is possible to give your plants too much light. you can bleach out the chlorophyll and cause internal damage / stunt the plants growth

This is just my guess but I think the dolomite lime may be your issue. Dyna-Gro Grow is meant to be used in a hydroponic like medium meaning it is not pre-loaded with nutrients. Your dolomite lime is providing Ca/Mg on top of the Ca/Mg already in the Dyna-Gro Grow so you are getting "nutrient...

what is your medium and how much? how much water are you giving? My issues were resolved by making sure I had about 20% run off so that excess nutrients were getting flushed out

Ask yourself why you are not troubled by the failure of the Health Care rollout?

to quote an article I just read and that I 100% agree with... they hired political cronies and not internet native companies to roll out the healthcare.gov website so yeah of course it's gonna be shit.

hmmm okay. I think I'm gonna try the watering till 20% run off first though so that excess nutrients are getting flushed out. The way I was watering was I'd give about 2 quarts of water for 4 gallons of soil, and there would never be any water coming out of the bottom of the pot so I'm thinking...

I'm using Foliage Pro at 5 ml / gallon in Pro Mix. I stopped using Jacks because I want a complete nutrient and not have to worry about the micros / Ca / Mg etc. For the last few cycles the plants look perfect up to about 2-3 weeks into flower and that is when everything just starts going to...

well I read the first 30 pages of this thread and didn't really find anything to do with my issue... I'm keeping the soil moist at all times... I'm just unsure if I need to do the 20% run off literally every time I water and just how important that is, and are my issues because I'm not doing the...

    Coco nutes and rockwool

only difference I think is that some coco nutes have extra Ca / Ma in them because coco is known to absorb Ca/Ma and not release it. So just be sure you are using the correct hydro nute

Uncle Ben's Gardening Tweeks and Pointers

yeah sorry I just meant the appearance of a deficiency... basically the lower foliage is showing necrosis and it's moving up. I can post pictures in a few hours... but will not doing the "water until 20% run off" cause nutrient build up and these problems? My guess is I'm not watering enough and...

UB, if using FP at 5 ml / gallon and you are seeing deficiencies, does that mean you have toxic levels of salt build up etc? Any tips to prevent this? Does it mean I'm just not watering enough?

wait so, even for say, 10 foot plants, you still only do 5 ml? and if my ppm doesn't go above 800 what's the big deal D:

hmmmm okay. well the ppm was at around 800. I'm using RO 0ppm water. the plants seemed to love it so I just wasn't sure. I'll do a good flush today and see how that goes

what could my problem be then? I'm getting some deficiencies at 5 ml

5 ml per gallon of FP doesn't seem to cut it for me in Pro Mix. I'm having to go up to about 10-12 ml per gallon. or maybe I am doing something wrong?
