I'd leave fans on 24/7 to help them build strength in the stalk. What are you using as a rez or do the roots grow out into the open? If roots get exposed to the light then you could have problems. Either way, good luck and happy growing!

Yea I like to keep it simple yet productive! Add water and nutes to the ext rez and let gravity do the rest.

Hey there Dapio! This is my exterior rez with my air line going into it to keep the water oxygenated. I have it in the rubbermaid container sitting on top of a hard box about 8 inches off of the bottom of the container and this is just in case it leaks then it will fill the rubbermaid up instead...

Zoz if you are noticing a copper color in your rez it could be from the hydroton. It will cause a coloring in the rez if it is not rinsed well enough.

I won't be able to get a full root shot until after I harvest but I'm sure they are wrapped around the bottom of the cooler.
